Grant Baker has spent thirteen years doing a single job: helping consumer brands grow faster than anyone thought was reasonable. He learned it the honest way — as an affiliate buying his own traffic with his own money, where a bad week meant a thin month.

Since then he has co-founded a sleep company and run its growth to a thirty-six-million-dollar pace in seven months (it was later acquired), led the Facebook program that took a breakout skincare brand from a standing start to a forty-million-dollar annual pace, and served as Executive Creative Director for an e-commerce portfolio whose revenue tripled to more than $175 million while his systems ran the creative. Along the way he built one of the first working teams of AI marketing agents — nine of them, spending real budgets, watched closely.
